First, Ashton Companies provides Kitchen Remodel Services on a cost-plus basis. This means that you will pay the actual cost of all materials and labor, plus a set percentage of that total as our fee. This means that you are in control of the cost of your project. We will keep you updated throughout the process so you know the status of your budget and you can make choices accordingly.

KITCHEN DESIGN
The first step in any project is to meet with a member of our Architecture team: AC Architecture. A licensed architect will meet with you and determine if your kitchen project needs any structural modifications. An architect will prepare plans for you and review them before any construction takes place. The cost for the average architectural plans for a kitchen remodel is $XXXX. This is contracted separately from any construction work.
CABINETS AND COUNTERTOPS
Once you have finalized and approved your architectural layout, you will work with a cabinet designer to finalize your kitchen structure. This is an important part of the process because waiting for the cabinets and countertops to be manufactured takes time. We won’t start any demolition within your home until we have a firm cabinet completion date.
